SharePoint Redevelopment

This role was with a Major Health Centre in Victoria and started with site migrations from the old environment into SharePoint. Once the migration was complete scripts were built to automate the creation of template sites in SharePoint, as within each department there would be many teams and committees, so each would require their own team or committee site (requests would come in at random and the scripts would create the requested site saving 30mins work each time). The final part of this engagement saw us working within another area of the hospital building an app to provide documentation to Nurses and Doctors who would be using the new system being launched throughout the wards to remove paper processes.

Point of Sale

We have a Contractor on Long-Term deployment to an International organisation who is converting their Visual Basic Point Of Sale System to the Microsoft Framework and then rolling it out to their 1200+ stores nationwide.

Clinical Programs Project Manager

We were asked to provide an experienced Project Manager who was engaged to assist the CIO in driving Project delivery assurance and processes in managing the Clinical Programs within the Hospital Information and Technology areas. His tasks included:

• Mentoring Clinical resources managing Technology transformation, replacing the current Symphony Emergency Department (ED) application with the Cerner FirstNet solution
• Mentoring Clinical resources on the HL7 2.4 messaging upgrade within the Hospital Information and Technology areas, which currently distributes the Electronic Medications Management across the ED
• Mentoring Clinical resources, managing Technology transformation, uplifting the delivery performance of Mental and Alcohol Health (TCM) solution
• Managing the establishment and publication of various documents that included a number of Business Cases, Clinical Abstracts, Project initiation and Funding requests to the Victoria Department of Health.

• Utilizing the PROSCI (ADKAR) Change Management methodology to engage and gain commitment from the Clinical staff

Business Analyst

Armada is working with a major Regional Health Service to comply with the recently released Asset Management Framework from the State Government. This is being done by documenting the ICT Asset Management Strategy and developing an Implementation Plan to put in place a solution and the supporting organisational framework to meet this. We are linking the strategic objectives outlined in their business plan for their hardware and software assets with a program that adheres to key asset management principles in accordance with ISO19770 and ISO55000 standards.
